The text below his initial message "your page is on some domain which is restricted" was his signature and not really supposed to be discussed on the forums. He was simply advertising whatever service that he is trying to do (Now that I read it it seems a bit shady...). Anyways, you shouldn't put your email up here as it will make you a target for scammers. But good luck with your comic and welcome to Tip.it.
