Ice and Hill giaants. If you want prayer than hill, however it is crowded a lot.

 

 

 

Skeletons outside of Evlarg are good. I still think the best f2p spot is ice giants, though.

 

 

 

For all of the spots mentioned abbove, food and full rune are needed.
