i only ask this because i was in varrok and went to recharge my prayer and when i was at the temple i noticed the windows in the side of the building and the bench covers and the kneelers. were these always there and i just neve payed attention or did the make-over of varrok start already?

o i haven't been in varrok sine they added those cutscenes so that is why they are new to me. thanks
