ArrowsNeeded = ExpNeeded*(1-p)/(2*Maxhit)

Where p is the portion of arrows that you pick up and is about 0.75

and Maxhit is the maximum hit for the arrow type for your level.

This formula should help. Just go on Tip.It and use the damage table for rtange to find out the max hits.

And as for training, i would reccomend either the dark wizards in the lvl 6-8 wild, or hill giants in edgeville dungeon ~ though it can get pretty crowded at peak hours.

At lv 40 I was training on the lv22 guards on the fally walls. There are no safe spots but they hardly ever hit, plus they drop lv2 clue scrolls (I'm assuming you are p2p as you have an agility level). Otherwise the moss giants are good xp and drops and there are plenty of safe spots in the varrock sewers, especially at the south cave and more so when they go non-agressive.

I was thinking of fire giants in the waterfall dungeon, as you can safespot them by the door.

There are at least 2 ranging spots on Moss Giant Island (head west from Brimhaven ferry to find it). These are far less crowded than the mossies north of Ardy.

Apart from the exp, mossies are good droppers of herb seeds - you seem to get a fair few ranarr (worth minimum 15k if u sell). Also take a fire staff with you cos they drop stuff like black shields and mith swords, also nats, so you can make a few k alcing.

Oh, sorry, I just realised I wasn't answering the question you actually asked. That's been answered so.... I don't know if there are safe ranging spots for baby blues.

i hav 4090 mith arrows 1823 iron arrows and also 290 steel arrows

Just a quick question for you: Did you buy those arrows, or were they drops?
