So I used paypal for the first time to pay for members.

 

 

 

It clearly says that it is a non card payment so why do I have to confirm a card number? (on the pay by cash website)

Because you aren't using the RIGHT paypal method. Use a paybycash method. Choose like money order, or something.

 

 

 

Then you don't need an account OR a credit card. It's what I do :)
