For the flax: Seers, pick it (field south east of party hall), spin it (upstairs just west of party hall), bank or sell it (Seers bank).

Nats go for about 300 ea.

Once you have done the King Lathas quests -- Underground pass, Regicide and Roving Elves -- which give you access to the Elfland, the best place to pick is south of the bank of Lletya.

I will get that little Phoenix chick!!!!!

Or you can pick your flax at the gnome lands, there are some spots quite close to a bank too.

For spinning the complete thing, i would suggest you start recipy for disaster and get banking acces to the chest in the lumbridge castle cellars. From there, spin on the second floor, in the room next to the duke. That is the closest spinning wheel to a bank at the moment. I made over 16k bowstrings there, to get to 66 crafting (forgot where i started, but that doesn't really matter).
