2. Dharoks. It hits hardest.

When you are learning, you are growing. If you stop learning, you stop growing. If you stop growing, you die. Train hard, eat fried chicken, and take a one-a-day. (And cook that broccoli 'til it's yella and pour cheese all over it)

I have a question that kinda links with this topic...

I have full dhroks now, and I am 78 str...

I want to train to 80/85, should I do this in dhroks, and if so on what monster and use what tactics?

If this is a bad idea could somone suggest a good way of training str?

spear is 3 atks on controlled and one def, axe doesn't have controlled and i don't think hammers have, staff. flail has controlled.

the best to train str is dh, or veracs if u train in tzhar pits or something like that.

now for dh, if you using prayer the giants skeletons (in the shadow dungeon ) are good xp, wearing the salve ammy. high lvl monsters are good too with prayor you could do lessers or fire giants with low lvl food. theres also the temple on ape atoll but i wouldnt recoment this unless you have high atk 85+ and pots coz they are lvl 167 or something like that.
