can we hold like a contest and like the prize is a accout? can we give accouts away without selling them or is it aginst the rules?

against the rules, giving away accounts is a possible form of scamming as well.

That's illegal. You could just give the account away and just recover it with the recovery questions.

Selling for RS cash=against rules.

Selling for real cash=against rules.

Trading one account for another=against rules.

Giving account away=against rules.

There are no circumstances where an account trading hands is allowed.

There's no way that we'd allow such a contest. It is against the rules and therefore not allowed.
