I have spent almost all my money from a old steal buss i had(i sold it for 1 mll buy way)i spent all my money on full rune and raising skills so all i have left is 100k i want to buy and sell stuff to get money and rare items

 

so any tips on that. I am f2p. I am also starting a range/ mage account so any tips on getting runes and arrows on lvl3 account.

I suggest you look into yews and coal. Those are probably goign to be your best bets...
