ok i want to do ghost ahoy quest, ive done priest in peril and restless ghost, but i cant get into the town to start the quest, i htink i need the amulet of ghostspeak, i dropped it a long time ago is there anyway to get it back?

you need to talk to the priest dude in lumbridge swamp, not the one in lumbridge city
