well i guess it partially depends what you want from the training. If you want fast xp, then experiments are the way to go, but it you are after the drops then things like fire giants are pretty good. Or you could use slayer to level your combat stats - slayer monsters tend to drop pretty good things.

i would say get a fremmy helm like berserker because it gives a str bonus.... and i would go with fire giants i normally get atleast 1 rune item and a half key every load
