ok, i know i just made a post excuse me, my bad. I have about 6.5mil to spend on the best possiable armour i could get to train my strength. Post set-ups please.

Doesn't it all depend on how many hp you take from them? In that case i would buy the highest that you can afford that allows you to stay at a location for as long as possible to maximize the time you spend killing things and not getting food

i think you have just enough for dharoks so you should use that full set with tons of super anti poison pots at monkey gaurds and prayer from the statue right near just some advice, remember a tele out, and a prayer pot because incase you get trapped and are about to run out of prayer you can use them or as a last resort turn off melee protection and turn on item protection to save your armor.

That's a fantastic way to get str, atk, def and hp ;). Probably the fastest.
