After doing some research on another site, then mention that goblins lvl 2 and lvl 13 also drop the challenge scrolls. I'd like to know if we can confirm or deny that lvl 2 and lvl 13 goblins drop the scrolls. If they don't, I'll focus on hunting lvl 5 goblins.
