i really would like someone to give me any suggestions about a monster with moderate hitpoints a very low defence. This is because i want to powertrain ranged.

try chaos druids they have low defence and drop tons of herbs

try hill giants to train prayer and hide behind the rocks underground. The have decent drops also with limpwurts and b bones

Hill giants are great, if you want prayer xp too. Can get very crowded though. I ranged from lvl 25 to 64 there. At some point you could range moss giants, if you still want big bones.

 

After lvl 60 or so, go to lessers for drops, or stick to easier stuff for faster xp.
