my attack 32 but i want 40 wot the fastest way when i've got 11 defense

I was f2p until about combat level 72.

 

 

 

So the only thing I trained on until then were moss giants, they give good drops and were the strongest monster around, besides lessers and greaters, but those were way too strong for me at the time.

 

 

 

If you want to train on moss giants, they're in the Varrock Sewers, you should be at least level 50 or high 40s or so though, so you might want to find something easier before you try there.

 

 

 

Until level 50 combat, I suggest training on Barbarians, assuming you're f2p. If you're a member there's a wider variety of monsters.

If you're p2p, just do waterfall quest.

 

If not, Vampire slayer if you haven't done it yet.
