  1. Da Guru, my list is accurate, there's no point in posting an inaccurate one. You left out Prince ali rescue, Demon slayer and Shield of arrav, all p2p quests, and you can't do Witch's potion as a lvl 3.
  2. Just hide behind the mushrooms and you can kill it at any level with range or magic.
  3. Lol! Since it got bumped anyway, I might as well update the list from 2 years ago :P Since then I've finished these quests as well: A tail of two cats Enlightened journey Icthlarin's little helper Lost city Rat Catchers Recipe for disaster, dwarf, goblin and pirate pete subquests Shilo village Tears of guthix The feud The golem The hand in the sand The lost tribe The tourist trap It's also possible to do Eagle's peak and Observatory quest, but I'm a lazy lvl 3 and haven't done them yet  And although I don't know of anyone who has completed them, it's also theoretically possible to finish One small favour and Contact. That would give 96 quest points in total.
  4. Don't count on me raising combat :P Good luck on your goal, and good luck trying to define what a skiller is lol. People seem to agree that a lvl 3 with high total is a pure skiller, and someone with a high total is a skill totaler, but everything between a lvl 3 and number one on highscores seem to be fuzzy lol.
  5. Noone has named their kid l33tpker385 yet? Weird...
  6. Maybe they made it like that on purpose? Maybe to make sure everybody could visit the taxidermist to stuff their trophies?
  7. If you're p2p, just do waterfall quest. If not, Vampire slayer if you haven't done it yet.
  8. I was about to say search button is your friend, but my last post about slayer seem to have gone. You're not the first one to wonder how people get slayer levels without raising combat *points to sig*, but it seems this post has covered everything allready. To sum it up, this is how I get slayer exp: - Quests. 1k slayer exp from dwarf subquest in Recipe for Disaster. 5k slayer exp from A Tail of Two Cats. One Small Favour would have given 20k slayer exp, but the monster is bugged so recoil rings don't work on it. Waiting for a bug fix before I can do that one. The last 2 only work on lvl 30+ skills. - Slaying. I get assignments from the Burthorpe slayer master. I slay by using recoil rings, which don't give combat exp when used. I drink wine to lower my attack to 0, wield rubber chicken or mouse whip to lower my attack bonus, and attack once before disengaging with auto retaliate off. Recoil takes care of rest, then I drink another wine to heal. Exp per hour using this method is about 200 xp per hour. - Genie lamps. Every lamp since the skill got out has been used on slayer. Regarding getting 85 slayer with these methods, I only got 4299 lamps to go (with 150 lamps/year thats 28 years). I could cut down on this time by recoil slaying which would only take 16000 hours or 2 years of 24/7 slaying, but that would eventually take me to lvl 4 since I still hit the occational 1s even with 0 attack and low attack bonus. So, unless Jagex comes up with a quest giving 3 mil slayer exp in reward, look for a thread called "Lvl 3 with 85 slayer" in goals and achievements in about 28 years. :P

  10. I'd like to enter for highest quest points at lvl 3 combat. I currently got 86 qp, it's not completely maxed out yet but I don't know of anyone having higher questpoints. And perhaps highest slayer level at lvl 3? Got 45 now. Oh, and lowest combat level in champions guild doesn't work for p2p, since there are loads of lvl 3s with 32+ qp. Perhaps you could make this record f2p instead? Lowest level with dragon armor that I know of is Corpselooter at lvl 28. He posted screenshots of it somewhere on tipit. Perhaps you could look for some similar records too, people allways seem to wonder who has the lowest combat level for wearing barrows, having finished desert treasure, being able to teleblock etc. And a final question, could you edit your first post so all the records show up there? That way people don't have to read the whole thread to find the records.
  11. Have you ever hear of benefit of the doubt? Most people would not agree with a rule that allowed innocent people to get punished, the way you suggested. Also, you should not assume that every low level with somewhat high skills are an autoer. In a recent poll, 9% or about 6000 people answered that they have a skill pure, i.e. a character that just train non combat skills. That accounts for a lot of the low combat pures you see around runescape. And if you argue that every low level that don't auto just trades between accounts instead, you would have to ban everyone who has some kind of pure, both non combat or combat. And that would be about half the people who play runescape. Keep in mind that this is an open ended game, with no set winning conditions. You don't "win" the game when you get all skills to 99, or when you get 100 mil, or when you beat every quest. Everyone who play this game plays because they think it is fun, but that doesn't mean they share your particular goals for the game. Maybe you play to get a high combat level, or to kill other people, or to get rich. Others might play to chat with people, and skills like fishing or woodcutting is perfect for just that. Some even play just to level one particular skill, like woodcutting, just to get high in the highscores. And it doesn't even have to be a money making skill, people do it with skills like agility or firemaking too.
  12. Lvl 65 mod at granite rocks? Bet I know who that was lol. On topic, you won't get banned for having lots of spaces in your name. Initially, Jagex allowed people to register usernames with lots of spaces. This was a problem because I_Scam_Ppl and I___Scam_Ppl showed up exactly the same on the screen, so it was nearly impossible to know who to look up or report. Then, Jagex changed the registration process so you no longer were able to register accounts with lots of spaces. The old account names were still confusing. Finally, Jagex made the spaces show up in game, so you could tell if someone had one or four spaces in their name. They also allowed people to register names with lots of spaces again. The fact that Jagex opened the registrations for usernames with multiple spaces shows that they no longer think that such names are confusing, so you won't get banned for it.
  13. 1) 102,591,931 2) 1,552 3) 0,0015% I guess I'm a statistical deviation :P
  14. You are not the first one who wonder how lvl 3's do seemingly impossible quests... *points to sig* :P First of all, some of the older quests can be done by letting a friend allmost kill the quest monster, and then finish it off yourself. This is the case for the monsters in Shilo Village. Second, most quest monsters can be killed using recoil rings or poison, which kill the monster without giving combat exp. This is the case for the monsters in quests like Lost City and Ichtlarin's Little Helper. And even though some quest monsters hit 10+ max, lvl 3's can avoid getting one-hit by using saradomin brew or guthix rest tea to increase their hitpoints. I don't know about Santa, but for me it took about two weeks and I died 9-10 times before I was able to complete Shilo. So rest assured, even though it's possible to do Shilo at lvl 3, it is far from sitting back and do nothing. Oh, and congrats to Santa for completing shilo :)
  15. 1. The new pies are p2p only 2. Its on the ground floor where you get in. 3. Haven't tried the assignments yet And summer pies boosts agility, would be a great food for agility training.
  16. What economic theory have you been reading that requires a finite limit on recources? If this is what you are saying, please enlighten me on what the final limit of fresh water in the world is, and how this limit affects the price on bottled fresh water. If you are talking about scarcity, that is another matter. I can't imagine an economy without scarcity, but I dare you to find even one resource in Runescape that isn't scarce. If you don't know what to look for, it's the resource that you can get 10 million of and sell to me for 1gp and still feel like you made a bargain. The most important resource in the Runescape economy is time, and since people often forget about this resource they fail to see that other resources in Runescape is in fact not unlimited. Cutting 1000 willow trees in Runescapes requires a certain amount of time, just as cutting 1000 willow trees in the real world requires a certain amount of time. Runescape isn't an economic simulation, it's an economy.
  17. Mining rune is one of the few sensible things to do on a lvl 3. By being extremely low leveled, you can avoid most of the pkers who hang around the rune rocks. And the low levels mining rune in wildy are not autoers. People don't like autoers, and they would be killed on sight.
  18. Maybe Jagex should have made them untradeable in the first place, but they didn't. Those who want Jagex to make them untradeable now should realize that this can't be done. The reason is simple: dueling. I'm sure some players allready have some infinity items on noob accounts, accounts they could make 50 mage and 25 def just to be able to wear the infinity robes. If the items suddenly turn untradeable, these accounts would have a really unfair advantage in dueling, since people no longer would be able to get full inifinity on a low level (getting the points for full infinity takes you well over 50 mage).
  19. Interesting question :) Unless they have a legal ground for withholding the information, they have to disclose any information they store that can be tied to you. Note that it doesn't matter if the information is regarding an account that remains Jagex property. That only says they can do whatever they want with the account, including deleting it for no reason at all. But that doesn't mean they can withhold information regarding your account. Any information about your character that they might store, such as black marks, can be tied to you. When you register contact information for your character, or pays for membership via credit card, they know who you are. I'm not too familiar with the UK Data Protection Act, but the underlying EU directives make these laws pretty similar in all of Europe. Where I live, they would have to disclose anything they store if I ask, and also inform me when they register anything about me that they get from someone other than myself. To conclude, they have to disclose how many black marks you have against your account if you ask them. They might not do this through customer support, but they must disclose it if you write them a letter like described. If they register who reported you, how many times you have been reported, a summary of what you were reported for and so on, they have to disclose this too. But if they don't keep a record of this, they obviously can't disclose it. Also, they must inform you when a new black mark is registered against your account, as long as you didn't report yourself or something.
  20. If someone wants to keep this list updated, I added some more people who should be on the list: Name, total skill, total exp 1. Zzzamorak - 1073 - 51800000 2. Outkast R0se - 985 - 28800000 3. Evanpop - 928 - 25600000 4. Filthy Noob - 890 - 16100000 5. Z A F - 872 - 28500000 6. Ajayniel - 866 - 29100000 7. Ioveliest - 848 - 14900000 8. Eorin - 842 - 21500000 9. Iced Jade - 835 - 20400000 10. Fury Cutter - 832 - 12900000 11. Ziroko - 830 - 28300000 12. Firemakin - 825 - 63500000 13. Lem50 - 818 - 9700000 13. Lil Choober - 817 - 14900000 14. Lightinblitz - 804 - 13600000 15. Lil Twirp - 800 - 18100000 It's not easy to find out who's lvl 3 and who's lvl 5, so I included everyone. Noone on the list got combat stats on highscores at least.
  21. Slipped my mind, Filthy Noob should be on the list, 890 total.
  22. Some people with 800+ total skill that's not on your current list: Evanpop, 913 total Ajayniel, 859 total Eorin, 842 total Ziroko, 830 total Lightinblitz, 804 total Edit: Pure owns my total xp :P
  23. I think I'm about lvl 5 fletching in real life. I made a few bows when I was a kid, and tried making some arrows, but the knife slipped and I lost 1 hp. I'm pretty sure I ate afterwards, but it didn't stop my thumb from bleeding :?:  I've also done some farming, woodcutting, fishing, cooking. Probably some other things too. Never went out slaying monkeys though.
