I was wondering whether I would be able to fight these and have a decent chance of staying there without using up too much food or dying.

 

My levels are:

 

 

 

60 Attack

 

60 Strength

 

60 Defence

 

61 HP

 

43 Prayer

 

My equipment is: Full Rune, Warrior helmet, D long, ring of recoil and a glory.

 

 

 

Also, are there any safespots because I may consider using mage.

these r a pretty general term seeing as their lvl vary from like 70 to like 140

 

 

 

u could kill all of them with prayer, and when u run out go to the fight pits, when u die u get full prayer back
