Fastest Xp With 1 Def?

I have lvl 1 def , I am wearing Iron helm , kite, body and d hide legs (green ) with rune scimmy . What monster would be fastest experience without having to eat too much (because otherwise i will spend more time eating than fighting )

 

 

 

Oh and i am F2P so no, experiments is not an option :P

Maybe you could train on Dwarfs(Lvl-10) in Dwarven Mines,they hit upto 2.

 

Monastry is close to the dwarven mines so maybe you could train without food & heal from the monks when ur on low hp.

 

 

 

Then theres Zombies(Lvl-18) in Edgeville dunegon,they also hit upto 2,but sometimes hit very often.

 

 

 

There are few other spots as well but in the end its upto you.
