Doing the Rag and Bone man quest, maybe?

In one of the houses in Varrock near the sewers is a "Hat Stand" when you use hats on it, they "Fall" off and appear on the ground.

 

 

 

While the ram skull is on the ground, run to the rag and bone man and get the bone sack, then teleport back to varrock and pick up the skull.

That doesn't work anymore, darkdude...I just used the ram skull with the hat rack and it says "This is too valuable to use here. What if it fell off?"

So what's the point in hat stands? It's like the same thing as kicking the WOM's bed. Keke.

Well it's impossible to get them both then.
