Where can I buy one from?

The cheapest is to buy from another player.

 

I'm not sure, but I think you might have to have finished the quest first to use it.

I finished the quest ages ago, I just can't find the NPC that you buy the cannon from.

Tis better to buy from a player for 600k

 

 

 

To buy from the NPC costs 750k, unless your name is Leesters :wink:
