Drops are all random no whatever what monster you kill.

I got a shield and cape from the first 15 lvl 145s I killed last sunday which was the first time I ever tried but I haven't gotten another obby drop in the last 50 I killed. So I would say it's all random and luck.

If i had to thrown in a guess of the rate i would say it's around 1:150 to 200.

Many times when i've gotten the drop it was from my first as i was walking to the bank and thought i'd give it a go.

I think i've had about 10-15 obby drops in total, 3 shields, 4 capes and rest were either mauls, daggers or those throwing rings.
