emoryarts
I got lvl56 mining & I'm trying to get into the guild. I know I can get to lvl59 and use ale, which is acceptable. The question is, how do I get those 3 levels & where do I get them? Also, is it a good idea to mine mith at this point? Appreciate it!
Xeith
First off is it F2P or P2P? either way your best bet is probably minning iron or coal. Mith probly wouldn't be a good idea since it would be fairly hard to get at lvl 56 and mith rocks arn't very common or in good area's to mine. Gold and/or silver from the crafting guild is not a bad idea either if you want to maybe lvl in crafting as you raise minning. Kind of a way to double the training. belvo
Iron is the fastest xp. Then when you get into the guild mine double the amount of coal and make steel bars.
Buddy69
Agreed. Iron ore with a rune pick is 1 hit bang. In the dwarven mines on a low - populated world, go to where the King Scorps are and there should be 3 iron rocks close to each other for the best experience. Keep the iron you mine and then mine double the amount of coal in the mining guild. For example: 1000 iron means 2000 coal. When you get over 65 mining and want to make more money, try mining Mith and smelt them into mith bars. I think they sell for ove 1k.
Xeith
In addition to what he said is if you use your own ore at the blast furnace it is only 1 coal per 1 iron. Which Final Fantasy Character Are You?Final Fantasy

zonda
Or if you don't care about the steel, and you just want coal to sell you could power mine the iron, that is mine it and drop it so as to not waste time going to the bank ...
Buddy69
Well by the time you drop all the iron you could have already banked it all. But I see what you mean :D
zonda
Well by the time you drop all the iron you could have already banked it all. But I see what you mean :D no, drop it inbetween spawn times. Theres a few seconds between the iron spawning... in that time I can usually drop between 2 to 4 iron ore. ...
ishepp
If you choose to powermine iron, alkharid mine is a good spot. You should mine mith ore as it spawns, bank when you have a full load of mith. It depends on your further motives, are you going to mine for money, for smelting steel, or for what. Powermine if you just want to get to the guild quick, bank if you want to make steel or iron bars, or to sell the iron ores. 89/99 farming
