I would hope that the rules could be replaced with a "How to use this board" topic, similar to the one in Website Discussion & Suggestions. (Here.) The topic could include guidelines on: [*:jy49zxcp]Picture limit [*:jy49zxcp]Bumping [*:jy49zxcp]Language - Keep it in English [*:jy49zxcp]Create your own topic - Don't take over someone else's [*:jy49zxcp]Etc Hopefully, this will make it more clear about what is expected on the Tip.it Clan Recruitment board.
