~~~~Need help training melee on F2P~~~~

I need any help possible to train my att,str and def to 70. I use full rune with a power ammy and a rune scimmy. If u have any question abt my stats just post here and ill answer it.

If i was you, I would go to Black Knights, in the their castle castle(in the room just right of the entrance, there is like 5-6 of them there)

 

 

 

Another place is Hobgoblins, behind the crafting guild.

 

 

 

Or, if you want to waste food - Ice Warrior cave

Hill Giants in the Wildy, great money or prayer exp. Also, Lessers are great for drops.

I would say lessers has they give good exp and they have good drops

If you just want fast xp go to karajma with an axe,tinderbox, 300 coin, lobster cage. Go to karajma fish some lobs go to volcanoe and train on Deadly Red Spiders. They have almost no defence and you will hit your max a lot. There are a lot of them and there is almost no competition. You ca stay there about 10 hours without having to go back and fish again as they rarely hit you.

 

 

 

Only downsie is no drops but its really good for fast Xp in F2p.

there are 4 types of white knights you can fight. You can get some pretty good drops from them.

I suggest Whtie Knights or Lessers under Crandor or in Karamka Dungeon.

white knights? juz bring some food and you can train for a few hours there without needing to make a trip back. but the drops aren't that good.

 

 

 

or you can try going to those lvl 21 guards at varrock castle. u can kill them in 2-3 hits. but nothing much. that's good however. you don't have to waste inventory space. just keep getting the bones and bury them. and their respawning speeds are fast. if you are a member, there shouldn't be any ppl competing with you for guards.

I'd suggest moss giants in Varrock Sewers.. but hey, that's just me :)

thanks again guys for all the help. I worln't go for moss giants coz there is not a bank near it unless ur a very good ranger(im not). Im still training at the red spiders on karamja. i have stayed there for 5 hrs and only used up 2 lobs lol. But any further help would be greatly appreciated(sry im mis-spelt).
