Frightful
I thought that, my Ranged Level can wait, so I wanted my Mining Level to raise to 59. I'm 50 Mining and F2P. What are the best rocks/places to mine that's not in the Wilderness? I'm using a Rune Pickaxe, obviously. Thanks in advance.
Biggieg333
go to the non-guild part of the dwarf mines, mine iron, and drop it. Join BsK today.
Frightful
I've been there, too many people, and the iron is spread apart. Is Coal a good training ore? I drop 'em and continue mining. An area like Edgeville Mine is good place for that, right? Or possibly Iron Ores in Chasm Mine?
ShadowSam19
Iron ore in the chasm mine is the best place for pure exp...i'm using it right now, infact. The spot with the 3 ores can be rather competitive, but if you find an empty world, you'll get it in no time.
Buddy69
It depends. If you want to make money while you are at it, but you want to give up the time it will take, go with coal. Otherwise, just go for iron and it can sell for 100ea. Mine iron where the ks in the dwarven mines where there are 3 of them near each other. Frightful
Ah... Thanks for the advice. Actually, I've been mining in Chasm Mine and got 51 Mining, I just wondered if there was a better place to mine. Thanks all of you!
DPS
Try going to a world with a lot of people in it 1900+ the ores with return a lot faster and go to al kharid mine. There are 3 iron rocks in a triangle if there is someone already mining them then switch worlds if they have lower then a rune pick u could just steal their rocks but if u dont want to do that then switch worlds untill u get the rocks for ur self then mine away and drop the ores i powermine with these rocks alot hope this helped :)
Ethiery
I think coal mines to slow to be a "power mining" ore, mine that, sell it. Power mining, as stated, the chasm mine works great but is VERY crowded alot. Another good choice is the Rimmington mine, just mine and drop there. A man who doesn't read, is no smarter than a man who can't read.

Striker6
South east varrock, 4 iron rocks close together if your looking to bank your pretty close. If your looking to drop there are plenty of noobs around to hand your iron out to (much quicker than dropping)
hyarmentar
I'd say you go to the chasm mine and work that iron! (ofcourse drop it also :) ) , I trained my mining there from 50 to 70 :)
