Sephiroth576 Posted May 28, 2006 Share Posted May 28, 2006 Smithing Steel bars is going to be the fastest and most efficient way, even if it doesn't seem like it. What I do is I'll buy large amounts of Coal (2,000-4,000) for 200gp each and then mine the Iron ore myself. Mining the Iron yourself will save you money, plus you get some good Mining EXP in the process. Smith the Steel bars and you can either sell them for 600gp each or make Steel platebodies out of them and high alch them for 1,200gp each.
