  1. Haha, obviously some people aren't aware that I know this has been seen before, but then again there are a lot of new RS players out there who view these forums. Maybe they haven't seen it before... just maybe? It's not like I was racing to release this information. As a matter of fact, over 70% of the topics and subjects on these forums have all been discussed before anyway.

Looking at the Runecrafting Guide on this site, you get the same amount of experience per Rune essence that you have, not how many runes you actually make. For instance, they have it listed that Air runes give 5 experience each. That means if you were to have a full bag of Rune essence, that's 28 x 5 = 140 EXP total. Even if you can make double or triple the amount of Air runes per essence, you still get 140 EXP per bag. If I'm not 100% correct, someone emphasize.
  3. You could try merchanting them, but the Rune essence market isn't very stable right now. You can get them as low as 20gp each on a not-so-populated F2P world, but I highly doubt you can sell them 40gp each on World 1 unless you're lucky. The highest I've seen them go is 30gp each for regular Rune essence. Yes, it would be faster to merchant them in the long run, but you could possibly be losing money rather than making a profit.
  4. I use the Paint program, I'm just a perfectionist. I zoom up to 800% of the actual image size to make sure I get every pixel perfect. It takes time, but after awhile you get the hang of it.
  5. Heh, yeah. Well, technically speaking that "Version 1" isn't actually RuneScape, but more of a pre-rendering foundation for the RSC game.
  6. I'd love to help out new players by giving them all my Trout, but the Salmon I keep for training food even at level 98.
  7. Haha, I love your signature pic, Nanosauromo.
  8. You could also trying searching around these forums to get a good idea of what to merchant. If you use the Search tool on this forum, you'll find several topics about merchanting suggestions and the prices to shoot for. Hope that helps.
  9. Can you read??? plus, rune ore goes for like 11 to 12k. Oh, so shoot me, lol. :P What's the point of getting your Mining level up that high if you're not going to use it? I'd still mine the Rune ore. Oh, and sorry about being way off on the price. I thought Runite bars were like 10,000-15,000 each, so I just assumed.
  10. Yeah, I seemed to notice that the chances of the Mime Event have become pretty rare. The most recent one I got a few months ago was from standing in World 1 and just typing (buying Zamorak armor).
  11. Well that's perfectly fine. I figured there were several people who knew about this, but I at the time didn't. Just thought I'd share. :D And I think I got it off answers.com, thomsonkool. It might have been wikipedia, I'm not sure. Unless answers.com and wikipedia are the same, lol.
  12. RuneScape Classic came out after this version, DeviousMUD. Read the quote on my reply above yours... buddy.
  13. Yeah, here's the little history behind the photo:
  14. Haha, wow that's cool. How do you know this? Have you seen one in a General Store before?
  15. Haha, and you know everyone who read the topic title couldn't help themselves to know how to actually hack someone. Nice guide.
  16. You must not read the labels, because they say Drink Responsibly.
  17. I was just surfing the net about any background info on the production of RuneScape and Andrew Gower (developer) and found this picture of the original rendering of RuneScape. This was before the RuneScape Classic version was released to the public on the internet: Hehe, looks a lot different, huh?
  18. Yeah, that's what I figured. Most people would just eat the Pumpkins and Easter eggs because they healed like 14HP each, plus they're not very common to find people with because you can't "wear" them to show-off. Last I checked, Half Wines are like 40 mil aren't they?
  19. The link doesn't seem to work for me...
  20. Mine Runite ore and sell them 5k each. I would take complete advantage of my Mining level if it was 85.
  21. I figured the items that could be eaten or that you could drink (like the Half Wine) would be the lowest accounted for because back in 2001-2002 when the Pumpkin and Easter Egg were introduced, no body had the slightest idea that they would make them money 3-5 years in the future. That being the case, I assume most people ate them and moved on without a clue. Is it safe to assume Pumpkins, Easter eggs, and Half Wines are among the least accounted for?
  22. Yeah, Steel bars rose to about 800-1,000 coins a piece for awhile. Not really sure if those prices went back down to 500-600 each or if they're still way up there.
  23. The new beer random! If you want to get technical, you wouldn't be able to one click a level 570. And if you wanted to get even more technical, answer me this: in what way does that image specify that I one-clicked it? The Attack-Examine menu is up, so that obviously means you right-clicked it to see its level. By the way, nice pic drewen!
  24. Might as well wish for world peace while you're at it...
