Air rune runners?

I've heard this term used several times before and I sort of have an idea of what it's about, but what exactly does it involve? What's it all about? Is it basically hiring someone to run to the Air rune alter to make the runes for you just for experience while you get the runes? How much do people normally pay these runners to make runes for them?

This is form the employers perspective.

 

You go and sit in the air rune altar place and hire people to take your noted ess to the bank and change it into unoted ess. Generally 25 at a time. You pay them anywhere between 1-2.5k to do thsi for u, and it is extremely helpful becuase when ytou get 4 or 5 people running fro u ur exp go up way fatser than it would normally, the catch is that you either make no profit or very little.

So when you hand them the noted essence, they head back and turn it into regular Rune essence and come back and give it to you to make the Air runes?

 

 

 

Do you pay them per essence or per trip or what?

You give them 25 noted ess and 1.5-2.5k and they give you 25 unoted ess. They pay by trip. The reason it is 25 is becuase you need 1 spot for ur gp 1 spot for ur noted ess 1 spot for ur airs and then u have 25 left over for ur unoted ess.
