My Home World is world 7!

I personally like Character B's chances of being successful in members. You'll have a lot more options opened up to you with diverse skill levels like Character B has as far as money-making goes and overall enjoyment.

Combat LvL: 98

Status: F2P

Character B.

when you go members you will have a lot more open to you with those higher stats. Character A just seems like some kind of defence ranger pure.
