is it a guarantee that it will teleport you or random chance you may still die??

 

 

 

reason is i died 3 times doing horror from deep at daganoths and lost all my rune armor ring of wealth and glory.. want to know before i buy/make some

If you get hit wearing ROL and that hit puts you at 1%-10% of your max hp it will tele you. It won't save you if you are at 11% and get hit enough damage to die. It won't save you if teleblocked.

 

 

 

I would give it an average of 60% effectiveness. 40% of the time you just get hit too high for it to matter.

thanks as you can see i have 60hp which would mean i would have to have 11 left and get hit for more than 11 while wearing full rune.. am i correct in my assumption?? and how hard do the dagonoths hit..i have only been able to kill the first one but that was months ago before i had dlong and only 45/45/45 att/str/def

No, with 60 hp you'd be teled when you were at 1-6 hp. At 7 hp, if you were hit for a 7 or higher then ring wouldn't take effect.

I'm not 100% sure about the fact, but i think that if you are in a safe spot and use one protection, the mother will use the other one. If this is true, you'd do good bringing magic armor + blue dhide (you'd have to improve your level a bit) and swap between those when needed, always having portect from magic on.

 

 

 

Also, better spells won't automatically hit higher, but your max hit will be higher.

Get in a safe spot, use protect from range, and use the spells that he is weak to.

ontopic - With the ROL on you can still get killed, so if u get hit a 7 and you die, your ring of life won't save you. If your on 11 hp and get hit a 6, your ring of life will save you :wink: It's saved me a few times.

Choose the kind of magic you want to use to kill it, f.e. earth and fire spells, take enough runes for these spells, make sure you know what color she's weak against those spells. You need to use magic, only meleeing her takes too much time to kill her.

 

There are safespots behind the pillars further in the room, make sure she is on the other side of it, this way you won't need Protection at all and get you through the stages wherein she can't be damaged. Only attack when she in her 'weak' fase, then use Protection. Keep close at all times so she only uses melee against you.

Obviously she has no weak fases if you bring all kinds of runes, then you can hit her in all fases. But to switch spells that quick is very annoying.

when i feel i need a ring of life, i generally have a teleport spell with me as well. it takes up space, but i find it well worth it. i'm almost guaranteed not to die

yes ... the reason for this is post is i was doing haunted mine .. got hit by mine care several times and could not see my bar..tried to run away but died

 

i was asking as a backup if i am getting hit multiple times and they block the hp bar.
