May 31, 200620 yr the knowledge base is on runescape's main site, just look at the buttons to the left and you'll see a button that says "knowledge base" click on it and search for construction. there is also a link to the construction page on their update list (click "view more..." for the article on POH's then find the word carpentry labled in gold and it'll take you to the kb). hope this helped
