The new construction skill offers you new armours, but I cant make up out of the pages of tekst what you need to do to get those armours. Can someone help me?

try talking to guy in fally castle on east side upstairs he sells you designs and things. Once you have your family crest go to your house and in the workshop u can make the items you desire. at 66 con u can make a banner stand and make banners
