June 2, 200620 yr I'm posting this for my 9-year-old son who loves RuneScape. He occasionally has a problem where his character will become more and more unresponsive, i.e., he'll click on a location to walk to, and his character will take a long time (5-10 seconds) before he starts walking. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Here are the specs for my son's PC: Intel Pentium 4, 2.0 GHz Windows XP Pro SP2 Intel 82850 Chipset Intel 82801BA (ICH2) Ultra ATA Controller 512MB PC800 RDRAM,8100 128MB ATI Radeon 9600 Pro ATI Catalyst Windows XP 4.11 video driver DirectX 9.0c Sound Blaster Audigy2 ZS FYI, my son feels the lag problem started two days ago when the player housing option was introduced. Also, he notices a performance problem when he's near the portal that takes him to his new house. Sounds like your computer may be lagging. Read. Also, he notices a performance problem when he's near the portal that takes him to his new house. it sounds like its realy just because of the amount of people on the severs.just give it a few days for the constrution "fad" to go away then eveything should run smoothly.
