Does enybody have Santa hat or eny rare item? I have and im getting piss off because all poor people are at Runescape forums and trying to get price down... I mean that they don't even have Santa and they are trying to sell them under 10m what means everybody have to sell that price if you REALLY what to sell it... Did enybody get it? :oops:

You're the one trying to price manipulate with this statement. No, they don't need to be sold for 50 mil. They don't even serve a purpose besides look nice, or to be merchanted. As said earlier, construction is draining money in RS, thus causing some prices to fall. Also if you read the Tip.It article, it explains how and why prices for everything else besides construction supplies are going down, for the moment. Once construction settles in for a while, prices might level out again.
