Telescopes

Featured Replies

Are telescopes supposed to work? Basically I have a study downstairs and inside my study I have a telescope. However when I try to use it, it says I cant use my telescope underground. Does that mean my telescope has to be upstairs in order for it to work? Does that also mean that my telescope has to be facing in a place where there are no other rooms on the other side so that the telescope is facing outside?

Sorry about lots of questions. It just bugs me because this skill is very costly and I had to move my study downstairs from upstairs to make upstairs more of a games room. And I dont want to move the study back upstairs

Think of it as real life. You have to be able to see out a window/door or be outside to use it. So I'd say yeah, you're gonna have to move it upstairs. Soryy X(

Happened to me aswell and reported it as a bug. It's not a bug though, just look through your telescope a couple more times. Theres like 6 different messages you can get from "It doesn't seem to work underground" to "It's full of stars!". Pretty pointless if you ask me.
