why are people asking so much for them, when hardly anyone wants them same with mohognay?

because teak require a lower level, so more people need those to get to mahogany furniture.

The average builder is in the teak stage. Therefore, they are in high demand . Like planks were the first day, then how oaks were the next day. Soon it will be mahogany.
