June 6, 200620 yr harpies drop quite a few fire runes, and every now and then drop chaos runes in bundles of 15 or 30, so if u want to get fire runes, and the occasional chaos runes, it's a good place to train :) Oh btw they are north east of that jungle village place on lower karamja :) need to take a lit bug lantern to hit them, not sure if u need a certain slayer lvl to kill them. Matt.

June 6, 200620 yr The lessers under Karamja volcano are a good source. There is a good safe spot and they regularly drop both chaos and fire runes (not to mention the occasional rune med :D ) df
