first, use safespots, so you dont get hit.

 

hill ginats are good, but often crowded. you could also try guards, the ones in varrok castle are good, or experiments, if you have done fenkenstrains

i would say guards at first and then white knights..im lvl 56 range and i still range on white knights haha :lol:

train at barbarians use the tables and such as cover. and use the best armor and bows that you can, iron or steel arrows are fine, dont go higher then that.

do not train on knights, they have a heavy armor and there are not a lot of good hiding places.

 

the best monsters to train on are goblins, barbarians and chickens

 

i trained on chickens in champions guild: they don't hit hard, there are lots of them, you have a lot of bones for prayer and feathers to sell
