how do I make the +3 construction tea?

In one my other posts somebody mentioend making home-made tea gives you +3 construction, but I just used the kitchen I built to make the tea and it only gives +2?

This is how I got mine. I have a cook (I don't know about lower but higher ones also do +3) make tea for me, instead of making it myself. I have the teak shelves1, fancy range, sink and oak larder. (not sure if it's just the shelves or combination of things)

If you look at the shelf pictures, there are two kinds: one that has all kinds of hang-y down thingies, and one that looks like a bunch of white squiggles (it's actually showing us "china"). The white squiggles shelves have porcelain cups that give +2 boost for tea. The hang-y down shelves have only regular ugly mug/cups that give +1 tea boost. Supposedly the butler will bring you tea in a gold-rimmed cup that gives +3 construction.

 

 

 

If you have any more info about this that's not already posted in P2P forum and the website Updates and Corrections thread (basically the info I've stated above, only they give the shelf names), please advise.
