You can try.. but why dont you look for a guide, they tell you what lvls you need normally.

not going to lie to ya yor rnage is low, try to get it to 70 then it will be much easyer

Fire Blast, 4 - 5 Pray Pots, some lobs or better(monkfish preferred if you can fish em). You'll do fine.

Any one can do barrows, easier then you think. Don't get to hyped up cause unless your a millionare it's not really profitable.

I'd say try and get your Slayer to 55 If you wanna be more Cash-Efficient.
