They simply let the rares sit and stagnate for a while, focused on other things and made a large profit. The merchants actually made a decent profit and therefore there's enough money floating around the rare market to support these record high prices. That's my theory anyway. June 9, 200620 yr So sick of the Curse party talk.... As said before.. The begining of Construsction took a lot of money out of circlation, due to people interested in con only not rares. More sellers then Buyers.. It's died off... So who ever sold after construction is going hate themselves in a week.. Rares will be worth 20% more then before con. Glad i bought 2 santa's for 9.5m 1 blue mask for 13m and a red for 19.8m @ - Come Join SoDB in Some GWD and other Slaying! - @

Dude...people buy phats for numerous reasons. Some people just have too much cash and can't wear more than one set of the best armor at a time...phats are a great long term investment for your cash to grow in.
