You can make one by talking to any banker, and you get to choose the combination. If you forget it, it can be removed after a few days, you decide how long. It is recomended to have one, since it will stall a "hackeer" from stealing your banked items for a few days, which can be enough to save all your items. If you were to get hacked, they would not be able to access your bank and take stuff out of it unless they knew your pin.
