A hint said that Air Talismans are dropped by goblins. I killed about 40 goblins and I haven't found a single Air Talisman. What am I going to do?

When I had to make mist runes for a quest, I went to the wizards south of Falador, north of Port Siram. I killed the air and water wizards as they spawned, and eventually got an air talisman. :wink:
