Ok, well first of all here are my stats

 

 

 

Attack: 53

 

Defence:45

 

Strength:51

 

Hitpoints:49

 

Mining:49

 

Smithing:41

 

Woodcutting: 65

 

Fishing:40

 

 

 

My Combat level is 61 and i have full rune and a rune scimmy.

 

I used to be a member but i am getting it back again in about a week or so.

 

 

 

My question is where are the safest places in the f2p world that have got monsters with high levels?
