wots the minimum woodcuuting lvl that will get maple logs at a good speed?

also, im wc lvl 61 and fletching lvl 55.

 

To get my fletching lvl up so i can make yew longs, should i keep making willow longs or maple longs, bearing in mind maple logs take longer to get.
