Done biohazard quest? At the combat camp is good exp if its not to crowded but thats only if you're a member.

Werewolves in Canifis bar. Plenty of cover and normally quite quiet.

 

Use Steel or Iron arrows with your best D Hide and a Mage Short.

Another option is train melee stats in pest control and use the points on range exp, got me from 55 to 60.
