June 12, 200620 yr Take it to Ilfeen (yeah the initial I doesn't help, does it?) who is located just south of the main river, probably in a little glen. She is marked on Tip.It's Tirannwn map http://www.tip.it/runescape/?page=isafdar_arandar.htm in yellow, just south of the bridge - her two locations are on either side, southwest and southeast of the bridge.
