ok i am planning on making a mage staker.I will get 99 mage and 99 defence and leave 84 atk and 81 str with 52 pray

 

Should i raise attack ..or as i think is it worthless in mage stake ?

 

And also what is the procedure in mage staking?

 

Do you freeze you opponent?Do you attack him with different spells or jsut the highest one ?Do you use food and mage armour??

 

Please help me
