well even though curse gives more exp its better to go with fire strike b/c for fire strike u need airs fire and minds and since airs only require lvl 1 rcing u get alot more airs per ess and fires are lvl 14 and minds are lvl 2 so by doing those instead of curse u get alot more of them per ess and theyre way easier to craft plus for curse u need to wear full rune to make it fail for sure or do it on the zammy mage and curse doesnt give hitpoints exp

u could law run or cut magics or my fav. way buy/ mine coal and iron 200 and 100 ea respectivly and make steel bars sell them for 600 ea

if ur going for loot and u dont and dont wanna eat alot of food then train on bandits in bandit camp they have great drops and the ingriedents for pizza i made 100k training from 45-55 str there

its called afk training or away from keyboard training this is illegal though its not a glich however u can watch tv or w/e if u are still sitting by ur comp

or if u bring the ingriedients for a str pot to the guy in varrock he'll make u a 4 dose str pot im f2p so i dont know if he'll make others in p2p

i went through the same dilema it depends on if u wanna make a profit or not here are the 2 ways trading cuts for uncuts but u dont make a profite u break even then u can buy gems for these prices and no higher!! or else u wont make a profit saphires 100 ea emeralds 200 ea rubys 500ea and dont buy diamonds if u do 2k then u make all the gems into necklaces! sell them to the bandit general store ull get more money or u can make tiaras but noone buys

i have a really good spot if ur cooking lvl is 35+ go to the bandit camp in lvl 21 wild its an amazing spot the bandits are lvl 22 and drop laws nats deaths waters money noted sordies and alot more i trained frm 45-55 strength there and made 100k plus rite where u train is a building where cheese and tomatoes respawn and u can buy the base with the money the bandits dropped. then u can cook it on the range there for everlasting food and if ur cooking is 45 u can kill a rat cook the meat and add it to the pizza and if ur cookings 55 u can fish anchovies and add to the pizza its a fun place to train with good drops o and theres a general store there too so any drops u dont want u can sell it to the general store which buys for high alch prices :D

i would do it way sooner than that start fishing lobs at 45 fishing it is alot slower exp but u get lots more money
