I remember Jagex saying a full globetrotter outfit would act as a tier 4 luck enhancer when opening clues. However, the wiki doesn't say anything about this. Can anyone confirm whether this is the case?

I got level 99 Fishing earlier today. :-) The screenshot doesn't show the level-up fireworks because my PrtSc key was having problems. Oh well, close enough. :P
